Chachies Southwestern Rice

Served 4

2 cups Minute Rice
2 cups chicken broth
6 oz. fresh, chopped yellow onions
1 clove fresh garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons cooking oil
16 oz. Chachies Black Bean and Corn Salsa

Sauté onions and garlic in oil.  Boil rice in chicken broth instead of water, per package directions.  When boiled, add onions, garlic and Chachies Salsa.  Stir over low heat an additional two minutes then serve.
