Chile Relleno Casserole
Served 3-4
1 pound bulk pork sausage
1 small onion
12 oz. Chachies Salsa (any variety)
1 cup milk
4 eggs
1 cup flour
2 cups shredded Jack cheese
2 7oz. cans whole green chiles (seeded)
Brown pork, add onion and sauté. Drain fat. Add Chachies Salsa. Beat together milk, eggs, flour, and then add cheese. Layer chiles, pork mixture and cheese mixture in greased 2 inch deep baking pan. Repeat layers, ending with cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes.
