24 oz. Chachies Salsa (Finely Chopped tastes best here)
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, salted and peppered on both sides
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 clove minced garlic

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place olive oil in a small baking dish. mix in minced garlic. Pour 16 oz. of salsa into oil, then add chicken. Pour 8 oz. salsa on top and bake 45 minutes. Serve with white rice if desired.
